31st July 2010...Universal Studios

To celebrate Changi Airport Group's 1st birthday, a CAG family day was organised for staff & family members at highly subsidised rates - a day out at Universal Studios!

We had a very exciting and enjoyable time sitting on all the rides, watching the 4D Shrek Movie, and we also "experienced" a hurricane in the special effects studio! Lunch at Goldilocks was yummy - they had yummy fried chicken & side dishes :)_

Daniel was super soaked after sitting on the Jurassic Park ride...twice! haha..

I also won the 13th prize in the lucky draw - a WII Sports console! :)

24th July 2010...Wild Wild Wet

We went to Wild Wild Wet at Downtown East...first time going to a water park...we had a great time - from relaxing in one of those big rubber tubes, floating down a "lazy river", to a thrilling ride in a huge rubber dingy down a huge winding slide. The girls had a fun time, Nicole went on the thrilling ride 3 times!

Updates updates updates...

Hv been too busy to update our blog...was adjusting to my new job (and it was year end accounts closing, so v v busy!), Nic was adjusting to her new childcare centre at Learning Visions at the airport, Daniel has also been adjusting to his not-so-new job, and Rachel... well she has just been having fun, fun, and more fun as she grows up from a little baby to a curious toddler :)

A tribute to grandpa...

Grandpa passed away on 12th Feb 2010 at 0327hrs...
He is with the Lord in Heaven!

oops..little Rach came down with chicken pox last week and her skin is healing well right now..hope they don't leave any ugly scars!! Her appetite and mood was not affected at all, she was her usual cheerful & playful self, thank God! :)
